In this live event, I shared 10 main lessons learned throughout my service management journey, where taking a failure (a zero moment) and uncovering the customer need, being customer-centric, and applying creativity with the team took that to a hero moment. This was a vivid depiction of transformation, sharing not just stories but ideas to inspire the audience and the organizations to champion customer experience at every corner.
