About Nora Osman
Nora Osman is an accomplished Information Technology Service Management executive with 25 years of experience across various sectors including insurance, software development, and healthcare. She specializes in service management design, implementation, operations and support, and has a proven track record of improving IT operations, network support and customer service strategies.
Most recently, she directed the Service Management Office at a major $7.5 billion healthcare organization, where she managed the IT needs of 30,000 associates, playing a key role in enhancing IT service delivery for clinical care, education and research. At this and other organizations, her focus always remains on elevating customer service in all IT service delivery strategies.
Nationally recognized within the Service Management community, Nora is known as a thought leader and change agent. She actively contributes as a speaker, leadership coach, mentor and author, sharing her passion for building diverse teams, leveraging individual strengths, and developing new leaders.
Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her continuous education, having recently completed the Global CXO Certification from The Wharton School of Executive Education. Nora also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management as well as numerous service management certifications, including Certified ITIL Expert.
